Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS

Pursuant to Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation and Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502; Contracts for services performed immediately in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Once the Ahenx Video Editor On-Premise cryptographic license key is generated and delivered to the customer, the software license fee is non-refundable.

2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Users may cancel their cloud and SaaS subscriptions at any time through the Ahenx Central Management Portal (hub.ahenx.com) or by sending written notice to destek@ahenx.com . Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly or annual period, and no new invoice is issued for the next period.

3. SERVICE DEFECT AND COMPENSATION

In case of technical failures originating from the system that cannot be resolved within 48 hours, upon written request of the customer, the unavailable period is added to the license validity period free of charge or a pro-rata refund is issued for the remaining period.
