KVKK Clarification Notice

1. IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), Ahenx Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (the Company), acting as data controller, takes the utmost care to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal data.

2. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES

Full name, corporate title, corporate email, phone number, and licensed server hardware identifiers (SHA-256 fingerprint) are processed for contract establishment, license activation, billing, and legal notifications.

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be transferred to judicial and administrative authorities to fulfill legal obligations and to BRSA-licensed payment institutions (iyzico, PayTR) for payment collection in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

4. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT (ARTICLE 11)

As a data subject, under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and to request its correction or deletion. Submit your requests to kvkk@ahenx.com.
