Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1: PARTIES

SELLER: Ahenx Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (Bilişim Vadisi, Gebze / Kocaeli, Email: iletisim@ahenx.com)
BUYER: The natural or legal person who subscribes through the Ahenx platform or obtains an on-premise license key (the Customer).

ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, delivery, and collection of fees for Ahenx Video Editor or Ahenx MTM software services / licenses ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's websites ahenx.com or hub.ahenx.com.

ARTICLE 3: DELIVERY AND ACTIVATION OF SERVICE

Digital software licenses and access keys are generated immediately in electronic form following order and payment confirmation (credit card, PayTR, iyzico, or open account approval) and delivered to the Buyer's email address and customer portal.

ARTICLE 4: INVOICING AND GRACE PERIOD POLICY

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. If payment cannot be collected on the invoice due date (T-0), the system enters a 5-day grace period without interruption. If payment is not completed by the end of the grace period, the system is placed under security lock.
