1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

By using this website and the Ahenx software ecosystem (Ahenx Video Editor, Ahenx MTM), you agree to the following terms. Ahenx Teknoloji A.Ş. reserves the right to update these terms of use at any time.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Ahenx software, source code, designs, algorithms, and trademarks belong to Ahenx Teknoloji A.Ş. Users retain exclusive copyright and ownership rights over all edits, subtitles, and media content they produce through the system.

3. LICENSE AND USAGE LIMITS

The user is obliged to comply with the machine, account, and user limits defined under the purchased subscription plan or On-Premise license key. Sharing license keys with unauthorized third parties or reverse engineering will result in unilateral termination of the license.

4. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS AND DISCLAIMER

Ahenx commits to 99.5% system availability excluding scheduled maintenance. Ahenx cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by the customer's own local server and network hardware.
