1. SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Ahenx Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Ahenx") attaches utmost importance to user security and privacy. User data collected across our systems is protected with TLS 1.3 and 256-bit encryption.

2. ON-PREMISE DATA ISOLATION

In On-Premise deployments of Ahenx Video Editor, no video files, audio recordings, subtitles, or editing projects are transmitted to Ahenx central servers. All rendering and storage remain on the customer's own local servers. The Central API only periodically verifies license validation (heartbeat) and subscription status.

3. CREDIT CARD AND PAYMENT SECURITY

For credit card payments, card details are never stored or processed on Ahenx servers. Payments are processed directly through BRSA-licensed payment institutions (iyzico, PayTR) over PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure.
